Over the last few months, I've had the wonderful opportunity to work with some of my actor friends. First up is a gallery with shots from two shoots I've done with the one and only Jenna Jayne Cannon (or JJ as I know her). The first shoot was a fun little vintage number at the Santa Barbara train station. The second is a handful from our headshot session at the Santa Barbara Courthouse. We had so much fun doing them, what do you think?

This past week I had the amazing opportunity with my Travel Photography class to visit New Orleans, Louisiana. Staying close to the French Quarter gave me an opportunity to explore the food, music and magical history of the Crescent City. From the Trolleys to the Beignets, there was so much to experience for the first time. I hope you enjoy the photos. It was an amazing trip!
So my new bodacious job shooting is working for FriendsOrEnemies.com shooting concerts in exchange for the passes and the access and getting published on FOE.com. It's a really awesome setup and I love it. My first concert for FOE was shooting Believers Never Die Part Deux in San Jose, CA on April 7th featuring my friends in Hey Monday as well as Cobra Starship, Metro Station, All Time Low and tour headliners Fall Out Boy! I had a great opportunity this past weekend to attend a professional vintage girls and cars shoot at Calumet here in Santa Barbara. We had the amazing talents of Courtney Miller {MAC} on makeup, Lee Ann Brittenham {Heroes, CSI} on hair and Jason Holmes guiding us with lighting at the hands-on workshop. The girls, Christa, Jessica and Michelle were fantastic and looked GREAT in the shots. I really had a great time doing this, let me know what you think!
Mmm My favorite part of traveling is experiencing new food. This shoot is at one of Santa Barbara's local favorites, French Bistro "Stella Mare's" My classmate Elizabeth and I had a lovely meal with a Chicken Cobb salad and the Steak Frites. Check it out and let me know what you think!
Back to travel this month, check out some awesome shots done of El Presidio de Santa Barbara and the Santa Barbara Mission! These are two landmarks of the central coast and definitely two jewels I want to share with you.
